O'Neill先生拥有超过40年的国际投资银行和私募股权经验，其中包括超过25年的中国相关投资和咨询任务的执行经验。他目前担任北京一家投资银行和战略咨询公司——杰克控股（JFP Holdings Ltd.）的董事总经理兼首席运营官。在杰克控股，O'Neill先生协助中国公司完成对外国公司的离岸收购，并为国际公司提供进入中国市场的战略建议。此前，他曾担任Trust Company of the West的高级副总裁，帮助建立并管理了一个22亿美元的国际私募股权平台，其中包括与中国最大的独立汽车零部件生产商ASIMCO Technologies的合作伙伴关系。在TCW之前，他曾在Dean Witter Reynolds和PaineWebber Incorporated工作，执行了总额超过45亿美元的美国和国际融资及咨询交易。
